Spring Cleaning Juice Fast- Day 1

By Steve Prussack
Host of Raw Vegan Radio

Welcome to the first day of my 14-day Juice Fast. There are many people juice fasting right now, and I am glad to have your support. If this is your first day, congratulations on taking this step! Your body thanks you, and so do I. When we join together in support, it makes this process so much easier. Have you found you are not making the best food choices lately? Whatever it was, you got to a point where you decided you wanted to do something about it. That’s how it was for me. I decided I want to complete quarterly juice fasts, and I am at the 3 month mark now.

Pesticides, fungicides and herbicides were initially hailed as a miracle of modern science. Since then, the 55 year old chemical pesticide campaign to free agriculture of pests has contaminated our water, soil, air and food. Exposure to pesticides and industrial
