For those of you who are Christians, the Bible may prove highly inspirational, with the first chapter of the Book of Daniel being probably the most evident promotion of raw veganism.

worked with nutrition for 25 years before reading and being "inspired" by the parallels in the Bible (Daniel's request for food in prison my favorite) ... it didn't stop there (always have to dig deeper), Lost Books came up and the most impressive, absolutely believable, proveable formula to health were the Essenes ... their life stlye intrigued me, not only how/what they ate, but all aspects of their lives ... Jesus involvement with them, reading of Thomas, all of it is intertwined like a puzzle, finding tidbits of info even about drinking water

there are things that are hidden to be revealed at the perfect time of useage and realization ... it's not a movement, but a realization of change ... aren't you all glad you understand and are working toward implementing it into your lives?

Great place to be, thanks for inviting us, Steve.
