Keep “Vegan” in raw vegan. It is there for a reason. Being Raw Vegan is not just about your own health…its also about compassion for all living beings and the health of this planet. I’m tired of so-called “raw food experts”- many of whom have been raw just a few years- preaching that it is “ok” to eat meat and that eating meat is a way to “enjoy life”.

They argue that, after all, the Native Americans did it. But did Native Americans have barbaric factory farms back then too? Above all else, these so-called “experts” argue that we should sit in silence and not educate the world on the compassion of being vegan because it is everyone’s free choice as to what they eat.

I believe in free choice. But free choice only comes when people are fully informed. Above all, I believe that people are compassionate in their hearts and will make the right choices when properly educated.
